BLUE LIGHT GIVES YOU WRINKLES

Yup I’m afraid to say that scientists have discovered that using smart devices is bad for your skin. Whether you’re addicted to Netflix, have an obsession with Instagram or use a laptop for work- the rays that are emitted are pesky ones that get under your skin and break down the collagen.

With news slowly trickling in that blue light is bad for us, what does that actually mean?  

So much is known about the harmful effects of UV light on the skin and we wear SPF daily. But High Energy Visible (HEV) blue light is becoming a top contender in creating skin early skin damage.
