I have been lucky enough to have visited Turkey a handful of times – and each one has been a very different experience – united by the sunny weather and sea! (Apart from Istanbul, when after a few days I could have really done with a dip, but I digress!)
So when I got invited to the Turkish Riviera, I made the most of the art classes at the boutique Bijal Resort, and got stuck into the Michelin dining. I even did some sightseeing of the ancient cities which were a bit of an eye opener.
