I know it may be difficult to imagine Holland without any of it’s delicious cheeses, but I am spent five days touring the country without a slither of dairy products passing my lips!

Heading there to discover the sustainable side of the Netherlands, I succeeded in going vegan, and dining at a Green Michelin star restaurant to boot!

Slow travel is definitely in season and it’s easy to nip across to Holland without using your air miles.
