Marrakech is always a good idea!
Every time I visit, I fall in love a little bit more….so when I was invited to Africa Art Week AND stay at the latest arty hotel, IZZA in the depths of the medina, I jumped at the chance to explore Africa’s rich artistic tapestry, which culminates at a citywide cartel of events and shows.
With rooms and decor at this boutique riad inspired by the glamorous sixties and seventies, the vibe was a laid back as sophisticated, as I rubbed shoulders with the culture crowd and read books in the cozy library.
