Sara is a Brighton-based writer and editor with a background in fashion and a well-worn passport. As well as writing for countless magazines and papers, she is Editor for ICONYC MEDIA’s start up magazine.

A former Fashion Editor, she has travelled to 50+ countries, collecting stories along the way – from learning to surf in Bali to paragliding in Turkey and taking an F1 car for a spin in the Algarve.

Her work has appeared in titles including The Independent, The Times, Evening Standard, Scottish Post, Citizen Femme and Culture Trip. During lockdown, she launched the podcast Talking Travels (and Other Stuff) – chatting to all manner of interesting people from around the world about the things that move us.

Today, Sara writes, edits and commissions across travel, lifestyle and luxury for both editorial and commercial clients. She’s worked with brands such as John Lewis and Bicester Village, creating content that moves easily between print and digital and the editorial desk. Her travel stories range from destination guides, interviews and hotel reviews to SEO-smart features, CRM copy and sharp social posts.

In short: if you need thoughtful storytelling, clear editing, and words that know where they’re going, she would love to chat!
