CHIHUAHUA IS NOT JUST FOR COWBOYS

Taking the Chepe Express through the Copper Canyon on my birthday was quite an experience.

Chihuahua is a world away from the white beaches of more southern parts of the country, and I met cowboys on my trip, and ate a remarkable amount of cheese!
