If you’re a fan of a bargain break you might want to check out country hideaway Stanbrook Abbey in Worcestershire, which is inviting guests to ‘pay for what they think they should’ on overnight stays on selected weekends at the end of March and early April.
To co-incide the newly refurbished luxury bedrooms that have opened in the main building (and former nunnery), the hotel is allowing guests the freedom to decide for themselves and pay what they want in the collection bags in the room. Taking inspiration from Channel 4’s ‘Four in a Bed’ .
Following a two-year multi-million refurbishment, the Hotel has been transformed into 52 luxurious rooms for guests to enjoy, including the decadent Cardinal Suite with a king size bed and balcony. Set in luxurious 21 acres of Worcestershire countryside, the site is an idyllic place for offbeat weddings, with a private lake, bell tower and orchard providing perfect photo opps!!
Prices for an overnight stay including breakfast normally start from £135 per room, however guests booking to stay from Thursday 26th to Sunday 28th March and Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th April can leave as much or as little as they want!
Offer applies to rooms only and one night per booking. All additional nights, as well as food and beverage will be charged at normal rates.
A bargain in anyone’s books!
