TRAVEL WRITING and a bit of photography
So far (ignoring the freelancer’s nemesis bank holidays), the last month has been pretty hectic even in my diary! Not that I am complaining… Two press trips and research for designer Michiko Koshino, whilst putting together the latest issue of 55Pages. If anyone can do it, I can.
First up was the most amazing place I have ever visited so far- the tropical island of Nevis in the Caribbean- and as I haven’t visited any others (yet), this has certainly set the precedent, and taking photographs of the sunsets (and sunrises) has got me well hooked!
This was closely followed by a trip to Tunisia, which is relaxing in a different way. Watch this space for a spa review. Famous for their thalassa treatments, I was an eager guinea pig to find out more.. and ended up haggling for a bird cage in the medina..
What with press days, interviewing Clean Eating Food Guru Stacie Stewart and juggling research for Michiko, I really feel like I could do with a holiday..Erm, not that press trips are holidays at all. (Obvs).
